to him. He put up with my pickiness, something that can even get trying to
my husband, and was never too tired or too busy to talk to me about
different homes. Al Hebert was never too busy to show us a home, even if it

| Keith: I just wanted to send you a big THANK YOU. I had my property tax hearing yesterday, 8/31/04. And I must thank you for the comparables report and information that you provided me. I was able to make my point, in large part, due to the resale value information that you provided me. HCAD had the information, but they were not forthcoming with it and tried to find some excuse to discount the value of the information. The hearing was a success.
